About Me

In 2005, I decided to make the jump from my Biology background to real estate.  It wasn't as blind fate of a decision as it might sound.  My father has been a real estate agent since I was a tot, so really it was more of an educated leap of faith.  Since then, our family has grown to a family of 5, and we have settled into our 3rd Madeira home.  We love this community, and I love sharing it with others!

With selling your home, or buying another, there are a lot of details, from ensuring you don't miss any new listings to making sure your house is spic and span clean and perfectly staged for professional pictures/video/3D tours, and those all important first showings!  As a busy Mom of 3, I can totally relate to the craziness of your daily life.  As a result, I provide a full service listing package, including staging, pre-listing cleaning, cutting edge online 3D marketing videos, professional photography and of course aggressive negotiations.  Your time is valuable, and I don't take that for granted.  I also limit the number of clients I work with at one time so that each of my clients is able to receive all of the attention they need (and deserve!), and ultimately only deal with one person overseeing their entire transaction from beginning to end!
